Both personally and professionally construction has been a major part of our story from decades of commercial property management in both Atlanta and uptown Charlotte, to owning a custom home building business to volunteering with both Habitat For Humanity and Appalachian Service project- it only felt right to combine our love of construction with our desire to help others.

Fill out the ‘Inquire’ form on our website to provide details about your project & timeline. We’ll respond back within 24 hours.

Quote
We’ll set up a site visit to see your space and discuss your project. Within 3-5 days you’ll receive a custom bid and scope of work.

Deposit
To lock in your project start date on our calendar, you’ll sign the bid agreement, a contract, & pay the initial deposit.

Pre-Construction
We’ll be preparing for the start of your project by ordering materials, applying for any necessary permits, and lining up crews.

Under Construction
Once your project kicks off you’ll receive ongoing updates on the status throughout.

Project Completion
We conduct a final walk through & complete any remaining punch list items ensuring the job is done.
